Do not stay here the pet policy is outrageous for this level of hotel. The animals have to be caged and they are $25 per room and you can only say in a less quality room. Even the king size room is barely two stars. I will be checking out tomorrow to another hotel.
What a welcoming and friendly hotel. It was in a convenient location, very clean with comfortable beds and had the best complimentary breakfast that we've ever seen. Friendly staff - very accomodating. We will be staying again!

They lost our reservation, but resolved it with an upgrade... After some strong negotiation. Nice room, clean, modern, comfortable. They need to improve their reservation system... Don't book online.
My aunt wasn't feeling well and the front desk agent was so nice offering her fresh fruit and a donut. It was 8 pm.
Any problems were fairly resolved.
