I love the Country Floral. Any time I need a gift I just head there. So much to chose from and the coffee/drinks are out of this world. I have never had any trouble with anything especially customer service at the Country Floral. The flower arrangements that she makes are the best and last a long time. I go there all the time and have never had anything but great and pleasant service....although i am a very friendly shopper

I faxed in an order and followed up with a phone call for an arrangement to be delivered to the funeral of the grandmother of one of our employees. The woman I spoke to was very rushed but had the order and knew of the funeral and confirmed the order information. In conversation with the coworker a week later it came out that no arrangement was delivered with our card but two arrangements came from Country Floral with the exact same card/note from someone else and one of them matched what I ordered. When I called Country Floral, I was told this could not happen. Then I was told they could try and call the family and say what happened. Our point in ordering the flowers was to support our employee in her time of grief so a phone call 2 weeks later was not the point. For an error of this magnitude, I do not feel that we should have been charged for this order but the full fee of $84.39 was charged to our card and not even a discount was offered. Do not count on this florist to take care of any important event for you.
