Ordered over the phone for a Mother's Day delivery. Never Again. The arrangement was not even close to the FTD selection made. The FTD site list the quantity & variety in that particular bouquet. A call to inquire on the arrangement that was delivered did not help much. I agreed that they could picked up the fist delivery & dropped off a "replacement" bouquet that was agreed on. Again, what a disappointment. No apologies, no care for the customer satisfaction, no floral improvement the second time either. What a Mother's Day disappointment. Never Again will I use this business.
An even more exciting thing that happened while with Lana is we were able to order my fiance's suit and get and ideas for the groomsmen. What a plus! One stop shop. Lana did the measurements right then and there...talk about killing two birds with one stone.
Great experience! I am from out of state and sent flowers to a family member. Great customer service and beautiful arrangement. They even text me a picture of the arrangement before delivering! Will use them again in the future!
I ordered flowers from Flowers by Lana for my mother for Mother's Day. They were beautiful! They were actually nicer than the photo I saw online, and they lasted forever. Seriously, they still looked new after over a week and a half (even the roses). Friends that stopped by thought they were fake after a while, because they never seemed to age. The little pink pitcher they came in was the same one from the picture, and my mother loves it. Even after the flowers are gone now, the pitcher is a wonderful remembrance of the flowers and a gift my mother can keep and enjoy forever.
We also recently bought a dozen roses for my boss's birthday, and a week later she sent us an email thanking us for the flowers. She said they are still beautiful. I've never received bad flowers, and the service is exceptional. One of the workers actually sang for us when she brought our flowers over. They are always cheerful, helpful, and extremely kind. You can't go wrong with Flowers by Lana.
Extremely disappointed! After selecting an arrangement on their website, I called the florist directly since I wanted a particular balloon. I was informed that the flowers in the arrangement I selected were out of season and that an alternate would be substituted. It looked nothing like the arrangement I chose! The plants were so small they made the basket look too large. Nothing was used as a "filler" to cover around the small plants. It didn't look full as the picture showed and they used small and flimsy ribbon in place of the thick ribbon shown in the picture. It all looked cheap and thrown together even though I was told by the florist that it would be full and beautiful! To top it off, they put one strand of fake flowers smack dab in the middle of the plant. Since the plant was so small, it stuck out like a "sore thumb." This was supposed to be a special delivery for my sister who turned 40. What an embarrassment!
I recently had a great experience with Lana and Aroma Florist...I am planning my wedding and I chose Lana to design all of my flowers. I live out of state and was only in town for a short time over the holidays. I was able to meet with Lana in person and make decisions on what my fiance and I wanted. She helped and guided us to what would be best based on the season and our vision. I was very impressed while in her store, the decorations and environment are beautiful. I never expected a florist like this in Thorp, WI.
